cant activat zencart

Hello,

it is impossible to me to activat zencart module.
I followed the FAQ for error, (ERROR_STORAGE_FAILURE)
On the contrary I can add alubums and pictures without problemes !!
I uninstalled and re-installed zencart module,with and without module url short, always same problem.
