I've got gallery2 working allright, but haven't been able to get ffmpeg to work. my shared server does not support it and haven't been able to get any of the precompiled versions to work. I am transcodng all videos to flv before upload to make them smaller and stream fine. But i have a lot of videos, and setting the file sizes manually to get them to work OK is driving me crazy. Most of them are of the same size since they were recorded with the same device. Is there any way to automate the process of setting the sizes? any config file i can edit, any utility, something other than the myriad of mouse clicks and entering the sizes one by one manually?

My flashvideo update tries to gleam the dimensions directly from the video stream itself, no need for ffmpeg.
It also adds admin options for player color, button visibility and autoStart.

Am I supposed to just delete the existing files and put this module's? how does it work?

you have to replace the original, otherwise you'll have identical classes.
