[SOLVED] Cant Move Photos & Activate Plugins

Found the solutionin another thread.

I am new to Gallery 2 and just installed it from my webhosts group of applications. It is version 2.3. I cannot move a photo from one album to another because at the bottom where it shows sleect destination nothing is there to choose form. Also in the admin screend under plugins all the fields are blank under the action column, so I cannot use those. I am using Windows 7 with IE 8, is there a compatibility issue I am not aware of? Thanks!
