I'm considering Gallery as both an online image site and also a backup of the full size images to my web host (I'm paying for the space, might as well use it). I use iPhoto and my wife loves Picasa. There are Gallery modules for both of these allowing easy upload to the application. Is there a way to sync up and down automatically? I would love it if I could automate the uploads and also allow my wife to sync them back down to Picasa on her computer. Any thoughts? Thanks, |

I think for something like that, you'll have nothing but headaches. Gallery really is only meant for displaying your photos.
Personally, I'd find a way to sync the photos in Picasa with those in iPhoto and then decide on which on of those "pushes" photos to Gallery.
