Language? and cant pass the Authenticate stage

I get this message when I´m about to install gallery2.3.1:

i use the webbhotel one.com and they say that gallery2.3.1 should work.

and the Authenticate stage:
I get Authenticated but when i click next then i get message:
Error: your login.txt key does not match correctly. Please download a new authentication string from below and try again.

and that keeps on going.
