Pixelpipe Videos not Relaying to Gallery Properly, broken links

Hello, I can't tell if this is a Gallery issue, Pixelpipe issue, etc...

I'm running Gallery version 2.2.5. Uploading pictures from Pixelpipe works fine (from iPhone Pixelpipe app, or Pixelpipe webpage).

However, uploading a video to Gallery results in a broken image link. The file gets to the server correctly (same size and md5) but it is not gallery/web accessible. I've experienced the same result with each of these tests:
1) .mov and .m4v files
2) From iPhone Pixelpipe app
3) New post from pixelpipe.com
4) Re-pipe from pixelpipe.com

This broken link appears to have a correct (location, size, md5, permissions, ownership) representation on disk, yet its Gallery link is broken. I've tried this several times, achieving the same result.

Any ideas?
