Emailing Photo details

I don't quite know how to explain this... But here goes..

I work for a council here in Australia. We have just put up a brand new website written with Joomla. Now, this council has a random number of functions during the year. And at these functions, we have a photographer who takes, quite a lot of photos of the event. What I would like to do is to pop these photos up onto Gallery 2 or 3, and have the people who attended the event, to select photos they want printed, and email this list, and the number of prints they want, to one of our offices for printing, and dispatch. There are not costs involved, so a checkout plug-in won't require any dollar amounts etc.

Is there such a plug-in for Gallery 2 or 3, that will do this sort of thing??

The idea is to allow them to select what photos they want, and it will/should ask for their details (after they checkout), like their Name, Phone number, Address, whether they want to pick them up at our office, or have them sent by mail..

that sort of thing??
